NXTKey Corporation's Magnus Management Group Joins Carahsoft-Led Team Awarded GSA's SCRIPTS BPA

NXTKey Corporation is proud to announce that its subsidiary, Magnus Management Group, LLC, has joined the Carahsoft Technology Corp.-led team awarded a position on the General Services Administration's Supply Chain Risk Illumination Professional Tools and Services (SCRIPTS) Blanket Purchase Agreement. The award places Magnus alongside core platform providers BlueVoyant and Interos Resilience on one of only a handful of teams selected government-wide to deliver supply chain risk illumination tools and services to federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial agencies.

What Is the SCRIPTS BPA?

SCRIPTS is a 10-year, $920 million government-wide vehicle GSA established to give agencies streamlined access to commercial tools and analytic support services that identify and manage risk across the federal supply chain. Built on a five-year base with a five-year option, the BPA allows the Department of Defense and Federal Civilian Executive Branch agencies to holistically screen and vet vendors, their underlying supplier networks, and affiliated personnel confirming that suppliers are reputable, financially and operationally sound, and free of unacceptable risk before they enter the government's supply chain.

GSA structured the award around two suites of capability. The SCRIPTS SB suite assesses risk across five core indicators: financial health, foreign ownership, control, or influence (FOCI), political and regulatory exposure, compliance, and technology and cybersecurity. The SCRIPTS Unrestricted suite the suite Magnus's team competed for and won layers on three additional indicators: product quality and design, manufacturing and supply, and transportation and distribution, giving agencies a more complete, end-to-end view of supply chain risk. GSA selected only nine companies across both suites out of 23 offers received, underscoring how competitive this award was.

At its core, SCRIPTS exists to combat a real and growing problem: fraud, abuse, and adversarial exploitation of the supply chains the federal government depends on. It directly supports the goals of Executive Order 13873 on securing the information and communications technology and services supply chain work that has only grown more urgent as adversaries target vendors, subcontractors, and the software and hardware they deliver into government systems.

Why Magnus Is Well Positioned for This Work

Supply chain risk management is not a new lane for Magnus or NXTKey it's a natural extension of capabilities the company has spent years building and proving out with federal customers. On the SCRIPTS team, Magnus will bring cybersecurity and compliance expertise together with supply chain risk analytics and vendor vetting support, helping agencies apply the BlueVoyant and Interos Resilience platforms against real mission requirements.

That role draws directly on credentials NXTKey and Magnus have already earned the hard way. Magnus holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification for information security management, ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO/IEC 20000-1 for service management, and ISO/IEC 56002 for innovation management, alongside a CMMI Maturity Level 3 appraisal for both IT and cybersecurity services. NXTKey holds a U.S. cybersecurity patent for secure data-sharing methods, and Magnus carries the GSA Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) special item number on its GSA Multiple Award Schedule (GS-35F-0103Y). Magnus adds a small-business perspective and federal cyber heritage that complements the scale of a team anchored by Carahsoft.
